Great quality interface with analog sound
It’s been great so far. Had a little bit of a learning curve when switching from my old interface, an SSL 2+ (which I still love and use for travel now), but am really starting to prefer the Volt. The quality feels one step higher, and the 76 compressor and vintage mode buttons save a lot of time and energy by getting you closer to “that sound” right out of the gate. Very useful for smoothing out the creative process with these buttons and I’m very excited to play around with the different 76 compressor presets. The vintage mode definitely gives it more of a “console” feeling to recordings which I’m a fan of. Overall, great quality purchase to give me a home studio a step up so to speak

Nice Sound, Clean interface, Does Not integrate well with Apollo...
I chose the Volt 476p primarily as a mobile interface to use with Luna. For the price the sound, features, and UI are awesome. Clean, simple, and quick. I'd hoped to also use the Volt to expand my Apollo setup - unfortunately, when everything is linked via Core Audio, there's noticeable latency and the Unison features of the Apollo aren't available. It would have been nice if Volt was designed so that it could be hosted as additional inputs while retaining Apollo's full functionality. It's still great as an on-the-go AD, but I don't see myself using it for serious recording.

Disappointed
The preamps sound very good. The comp and the vintage mode add an unusable amount of noise. I really wanted to like this Interface. It’s a very solid build. It looks great. The design and layout are very nice. But I bought specifically for the quick use of the comp and vintage 610 modeling. I would not waste time putting my recordings through with the comp and vintage mode on. They actually sound good. Great idea for quick simple use. BUT GET RID of the NOISE. This is a flaw. Others have pointed it out. It’s not the nature of adding compression or a vintage mode mode to add this much noise. Especially, when adding small amounts of comp. I bought it after reading negative reviews hoping it wouldn’t be an issue. I have returned the unit. I’m happier with a Scarlett 18i20. More channels. The preamps alone in the UA sound a bit better than a Scarlett. But the UA is more money. I get more channels with the Scarlett. The air mode works and sounds very good, and it doesn’t add noise. Seriously, the UA comp and vintage mode, along with the quality preamps were my reason for purchasing it. With those introducing an unacceptable amount of noise, it’s a NO Go for me. I hope UA fixes this flaw. I also hope they expand to 8 channels in the volt line. I only wrote this review in response to UA sending me emails to write one. Hopefully my experience along with the warnings of others will save some inconvenience for others.

incroyable !

Volt 476p
It's an amazing interface, i bought it to make multi track recordings with my iPad Pro.
I just connect via the USB-C port and it's ready to work without any problem.

Solid interface but...
Solid interface, but the arrangement is a little weird... a couple things I would've liked to see are... MIC INPUTS on the rear instead of all inputs on the front. Line inputs on the front are great for instruments but for mic cables that we most likely will never unplug its useless. Two-line inputs on the front and two mic inputs on the rear would've been nice. MUTE BUTTON... this is not the biggest deal but its def a nice touch. 48V (Phantom Power) BUTTON... would've def been better placed if it were on top to the left of the Volume knob above the Mono button which would've also been a great location for the Mute Button. The interface offers Direct Monitoring but lacks a control knob to control the balance of the playback and monitoring. I get these are more budget friendly interfaces, but even $200 interfaces have a control knob for this.

476P - What a Fabulous Interface
I am so thoroughly impressed with my Volt 476P interface. The Vintage pre-amp (on each input channel) sounds so good, and on it's own really makes my Gibson semi-hollow body guitars come to life. In fact, all of my guitars really sound amazing with this enabled. I doubt I will ever bother searching for a plugin that could do better. I have recorded guitar, bass, and drums (Glyn Johns method) using the 476P and everything just sounds so deliciously good. The built in 76 compressor (again, for each input channel) works beautifully and it's just amazing how easy it is to dial in some great sounds that are clear, articulate, and really help to ensure they don't get lost in the mix. Such a stellar interface and it always works flawlessly with my Ableton 11 / Windows 11 setup. Never any disconnects or artificial tones generated from the 476P. From the day I brought it home it was plugin, connect, and record...as easy as 1-2-3. So glad I switched from another interface to this one. Life is good!

SIMPLICITY
I want to make music and gear is often a distraction . This piece of gear helped me focus on being a musician. I plugged in a couple of great mics and hooked it up to Logic and that was it. Hit record! My very first recording turned out great. Love it!

Superb piece of hardware!
The whole ambience of my home studio improved with this superb piece of hardware: better sound during monitoring, both on my speakers and my reference headphones - with the advantage of being able to connect two at the same time - and much better recording quality using the compressor and vintage effect.
All this, together with an interesting selection of software make this purchase a great investment.

1-Voice 2-Guitar 3-TC-Harmony 4-TC-Guitar > Ableton 11 Lite
If you want line level gain staging you don't need to adjust, use line outs 1 & 2
If you want I/O comparison use monitor outs, but it adds another level of attenuation requiring pre-amplification to your signal chain, unless you run the monitor dial to 100%.
I love the Volt 476P sound and now I've got TC Live-Acoustic stomp box selection of backup/harmony and guitar effects, into my Ableton DAW. Nice.

Excellent home studio gear
I made a very good decision choosing the Volt 476p as the main interface for my home-office studio. The hardware itself, the preamps, the compressor, the overall quality is great. I like the plugins as well. I use it for recording guitars and bass, using condenser and dynamic mics as well as IRs. I would recommend this product for all home musicans.
