Big disappointment
I’m a UAD costumer for more than 7 years, and I got to say I’m really disappointed with the UAD hardware.
The plugins sound great, no latency.. bla bla bla
But!
Crushes a lot, many hardware problems
Connectivity problems with UA connect.. just not worth the money and the risk of my projects.
I need a solid and fast hardware when I’m creating, and UAD is making me deal with way too many things instead of just making music.
One more thing,
It works so bad that I actually prefer to create with my cheap behringer audio interface, no problems at all.
Most times the work flow is more important than the “quality”

Butter smooth sound, buggy performance
Pros:
Soundwize, it is very well representation of the real thing, with good option of built-in FX expected to be used alongside the MK1. Decent number of presets to help you starting an idea of a sound that you maybe looking for.
Cons:
After few minutes of being loaded into the DAW (Ableton 12.1 in my case), it starts to punish the CPU very hard, until everything becomes so laggy that the the whole project becomes unresponsive, if I don't unload it and load it back in after the first signs of lag...rinse and repeat.
I hope I'm just the unlucky one from the bunch.

Vorallem mit warm Audio wa 8000 klingt es einfach zu krass zu wild zu heftig ehrlich

One Of The Best Vocal Plugs EVER
This Is Mikie Da Poet, I am not sponsored by universal audio, I wanted to say that the 737 plug-in is 98% accurate to the hardware, for any producer or rapper singer, this is a must have, I believe this plug-in has a little bit of the magic from many of the great plug-ins, this is possibly one of the greatest plug-ins of all time

Superb!
About as perfect as it gets. Very intuitive as easy to understand. Great extras with Leslie wind noise, preset clicks, etc. Wish I could figure how to get the Leslie to brake with a foot switch (right now I can only go from fast to slow, can brake with mod wheel or program a button to sen a midi message) but other than that its is killer! Well worth the price!

Is a load of Presets that most production need starting out for the first time a full range of setting out of the box..

je retrouve la qualité en traitement des sons que je vois ou plutot entend dans le travail des ingesons professionnels lors de sessions ou de tutos ! On maitrise assez rapidement les bases de l'utilisation du Fairchild, on peut apprécier de suite sur notre mix son efficacité ! Toop !

Simple and perfect
Now that I've been using the CE-1 as hardware for over 40 years (and still do), I'm making it a little easier for myself in the DAW, especially because the Brigade Chorus sounds exactly like the original.

As I expressed in my review of the Ampex ATR-102, should’ve bought it a long time ago!!!
Once again, as my title says, I “should’ve bought it a long time ago!!!”!!! Just like the Amoex ATR-102, it really sounds great and it provides enough settings/options to get many different tones out of it. Very natural if you want it that way and it also distorts nicely.
