Wonderful Color
I really like the compression and tonal smoothing of Oxide. I've tried other tape emulation plugins and this is first that had a tone, not just an effect. Easy on the DSP too! I've already demo'd the Studer and Ampex emulations and they are next on my wish list.

So great to have a full API channel strip available. Love the EQ on its own but having the rest at your fingertips really takes things to the next level.

Best mix bus plug-in
This tape machine is the best sounding for finalise my mixes. It's a first UAD plug that I bought absolutely without a doubts. You just put it on mix bus and it's already rise my mix to a new level. Make some small settings and you done! Awesome analog sound with tape character! Just Awesome!

This channel strip gorgeous for solo tracks, as well as for buses. Compression and EQ are great. And Unison Technology raises to a new level. Great recreation of legendary console!

The Distressor is absolutely amazing, it is the fastest of them all. Perfect to beef up that snare, bass or give a unique effect to the room mics. It's a must have plugin from UAD.

Best tape emulation plugin you can get
This is a must for all who mix in the box and don't have access to expensive outboard analog gear.When added to guitars it just adds something that eq would not be able to do,presets are great and worth experimenting with for different flavours.A must for all who mix in your DAW.

Very light on dsp power
I have the twin quad and placed it on 14 tracks and still had power left over for other plugins. I use it like the setup in a real studio.

It’s getting way to easy to make great records now. This is a good thing because you can have a great artist record or mix at home for 1/16 of the price then in a major studio with this compressor.
