Sold my hardware unit
i owned the hardware for about 8 years, i own two other software emulations.......The UAD Distressor emulation......Lets just say, i processed a few drums through it and i think GOOGLE translate said "it's time to sell your hardware" when i pressed play. This and the manley massive passive made me a UAD believer.

I have never used a real API but this makes me wish I have!
I love having this in my arsenal. I've had the waves version for years which is great but these UAD plugs just seem to have so much more realism! The sound is amazing and what better way to add an API console to your system with out spending THOUSANDS of dollars!

That Lexicon Vibe
A must have reverb if you like that classic Lexicon sound.
Beautiful sound and Image and tail.
Once I noticed the solo button turning off for the dry and wet settings it becomes my favourite Reverb plugin.

Very musical.
I love it on the 2Bus. I always end up shaping my mixes with touches here and there on some frequencies, being cuts or boosts. This is when I know my mix is sort of ready.

Fun to use, lots of flavor
This is a great tool if you wanna hit a signal pretty hard on the way in and commit to something dirtier and more compressed than you might have otherwise. Use something else to refine, this is for broad strokes and in-the-moment inspiration.
