My Request Finally Came True!!!!
I’ve asked for this unit years ago!!! I had to jump on this offering! It does not disappoint! I got it for vocals because that’s where it excels! I bought the Manley Vox box also. This is my favorite!!! Great for Pop, Hip Hop, R&B and Rock Vox!!! Awesome!! For those who know how to use it, more power to you. UAD got it right!!! I’m very familiar with the 737 one of my former band mates, who is a platinum rap producer had one when I helped him set up his Logic Studio. It rocked and now I too can get that same Avalon sound without paying a small fortune. Thanks UAD!!! You guys are awesome!!! Keep the good stuff coming. Next, we need Purple Audio!!

Actually, I bought it for myself, based on a mixing session that I worked on in another studio . Very impressed. Does what I expected and more. Adds warmth, all of the features others have already described.
Will have to spend more time with it, post some mixes to to soundcloud and Bandcamp to get a feel for how maxes with it react to their algorithms. Will post an update sometime soon. A+.

If I only recommend one analog tape recorder plug-in, I would definitely recommend Ampex atr-102.
Ampex atr-102 tape recorders make music even more vibrant.
Its unique punch, comp and even analog saturation make for a very interesting change.
It is arguably one of the most satisfying plugins of the UAD plugin.

A Capitol Investment!
Liked demoing this enough to make a purchase.
Tried the Capitol Chambers plugin on 12 tracks of strings, sax, vocals, acoustic guitar, and fell in love with the richness and pleasing tails.
Good set of simple controls makes tweaking to taste very easy.

Was the solution on my Martin 00
Have a spruce 00 that has been hell with different microphones because of a weird lower mid that keeps popping up.
I just got through auditioning the v76(thinking bass), the API(almost settled on this, maybe I could get the same outcome with more time on it.), the 610(not enough subtractive eqing), and ran it through the neve last night.
The Manley came together rather quick on my sdc, I copied it to my ldc channel and twerked a bit for a full sound.
Kind of excited to throw the bass at it tomorrow and see how that fairs. I'm also thinking that v76 will go nice too though!

Un des eq les plus musical que j’ai en rtas. Il reproduit à 98% l’original. Juste un peu moins de profondeur mais avec la musique de nos jours et les compressions, ca fini qu’on ne voit pas la différence !

Great chorus with lots of character
I use this on guitars all the time. And on synths. And on a lot of other sources as well. Never used the original, but the plugin seem to really capture that classic sound we all know and love :-)

Really love how it does something when tracking vocals a up front in your face sound! That and the new avalon in unison mode !
