My Favorite Plate Reverb
I have a bunch of the top plate reverbs and the UAD Plate is the best... beautiful gui and just sounds great.

At the moment i've tryed it few times but i never was really impressed.

I.ve got a subphatty , in the past i owned a sub 37 and a mother.
I don't know directly the original hardware but i have to tell that uad version of this moog sounds beautiful and i can find the moog sound / grain inside their vst.

Not a great piano
This is my opinion and nothing more.
I've found this piano really poor in combinations and possibilities......no great sound as i aspected....

I think it's premature give an evaluation clear but until now i've found that this plugin is real good. Great sound.
I don't know if it's real plyvalent ....see later.....great work!

Quite the best
I've severals rhodes vst and i think that Uad version is the second best choice after the Rhode vst version of their hardware.
I've found a lost of dinamics somewhere....my opinion.
Otherwhise....good plugin!

J'ai essayé les arturia etc, j'ai trouvé dans Uad audio la version numérique la plus belle de cette machine.

Sonically nothing essential new, and iLok is a pain
Already owning a number of wavetable synths (Waldorf Blofeld, Largo + Nave, Korg Wavestate + Modwave, uHe Hive, Arturia Pigments,), I had hoped for a fresh, new approach to synthesis. I rate Opal with 3 stars, but subtracted one for "iLok", that keeps nagging me to go online - whenever I use the synth.

Honestly incredible...
As a artist that is grateful that I have the ability to very thoroughly produce my own records, I've been obsessed with the idea of recording to tape for some years now. On my mixbus, to help the vibe when producing, I've always kept stereo-imaging plugins and a bus compressor. I demo'd the ATR and put it on my mix bus and im literally never turning back. The depth, tone, width, space, feel, energy that it gives a record is unreal. it doesnt sound like the real thing as evident by the shootout with Fab Dupont but until i can get to the real one, this is beyond amazing for my workflow and sound. I cant wait to bring this new project to the world with these new tools.

can't get it working and I am not stupid
So, 2 hours ago I bought Opal. Ever since been trying to get it working. It is installed, but nowhere to find in Ableton. And I really hate these kind of things. Perhaps because it just happes too often. The installation process was full of errors. But UA connect says it is installed. Not to be found in Ableton. And of course it is saturday night. 2 more days before getting an answer that will probably be disliked by me, because I simply want a refund. I don't wanna spend time installing. Trying to install etc. I wanna make music. And NOT be aggitated. Ok? Just make things that work. Is that so diffictult?
