Great emulation and lots of fun
I immediately started using this on tracks. Sounds great and really emulates the feel and tone of the original. I've only messed with originals a few times, but this really captured what I had experienced in an affordable and usable format. Has lots of bass too - not weak sounding like many vst synths. Very close to analog sounding!

Pretty heavy CPU usage.
Pretty heavy CPU usage. Added one instance to a reasonable size session, maybe 18 tracks and two other reverbs. Immediately killed my 2018 Mac mini intel i7. Even at the highest buffer setting. Maybe I’ll try freezing some tracks or getting rid of other plug-ins. Was really looking forward to experimenting with this plug-in. May have to look at a newer M2 now.

It definitely smooths out the tracks without altering them in a negative way or straight adding tape his like some claim. It’s absolutely an upgrade over oxide.

The Real Deal
Having worked at Capitol, I can say this plugin captures the Capitol vibe completely, it sounds great on anything you throw at it. I own a few other Camber IR reverbs, and this is my favorite, worth every penny

I tried the API 2500 Bus Compressor and I really liked it. It takes very nice colors. From now on this will be my permanent mixing tool!

An addendum
I'm running this on a 2015 Mac Book Po with 16GB RAM and two instances applied to subgroups. Not a hiccup. Print the desired effects to new tracks, then remove the plugin and move on. Simple DAW workflow working with what you have.

Je viens d'acheter ce plugins ! grande déception.
Il ne fonctionne uniquement en vst ou natif. Je reconnais qu'il est de bonne qualité, mais pour un tiers du prix il y a plein de plugins vst beaucoup moins cheret aussi bon..
Pourquoi il n'est pas compatible Apollo? Je pensais que tout les plugins UAD etait par defaut
Apollo compatible. Comment faire pour l’échanger car je n'ai pas d’utilité en natif ?

Comes to life
Gave life to my instruments. Mandolin and acoustic guitar are sounding natural like you’re sitting in a theatre . Can’t wait to get a few tunes all assembled .

This is a Truly Great Plug-in Very Close to the hardware and it works on Literally Everything it gives vocals that big polished sound

On EVERYTHING!
I put this on everything before console emulation channels and things just sound bigger. I render all my midi VSTs to audio before mixing and I replicate the way things were done on the 70s/80s. Everything comes "into" my DAW thru this plugin; as if I was recording it to tape in the day.
